The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a General Manager (GM) for Ruby Seven Studios. We develop, market, and operate top-tier gaming products that drive engagement, revenue, and retention across multiple platforms. Our portfolio includes social casino games that empower land-based casino partners and direct-to-consumer gaming titles that captivate global audiences. The General Manager will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence to drive the company’s growth and profitability. This role requires an executive with deep expertise in the gaming industry, particularly in social casino, mobile games, and driving omni-channel entertainment between digital and land-based gaming venues. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing product innovation, user acquisition, monetization strategies, partnerships, and financial performance, while fostering a high-performance culture. The General Manager reports to the Chief iGaming Officer at Delaware North Gaming and will work closely with them to drive strategy and growth for the Delaware North Interactive division.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $168,700 – $239,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Develop and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and long-term growth plans, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market opportunities.
- Drive the development of innovative, engaging, and revenue-generating B2B and B2C gaming experiences, leveraging data-driven insights and player behaviors.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with land-based casinos, publishers, platforms, and other stakeholders to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Oversee the company’s financial health, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead marketing and user acquisition (UA) strategies to drive player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through performance marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
- Build and scale high-performing teams across product, technology, marketing, and operations, fostering a culture of execution and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, platform policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities.
Physical requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the mobile gaming and social casino
- Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles, including P&L management of a mobile gaming business
- Expertise in B2B social casino partnerships and B2C mobile gaming operations
- Strong experience in land-based casino & omni-channel entertainment
- Deep understanding of game development, product roadmaps, monetization models (IAP, ad revenue, subscriptions), and data-driven optimization.
- Strong knowledge of user acquisition strategies, lifecycle marketing, and player retention methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for gaming, technology, and innovation.
- Ability to travel internationally
