Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Workforce Coordinator to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by managing administrative and on-boarding tasks.

$17.00 – $19.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Assign food safety and alcohol training programs to new and existing team members, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
- Support the operations staffing needs by scheduling team members for events, opening requisitions for additional staffing needs, and responding to team member questions regarding schedules
- Assist with assigning team member credentials for events
- Assist with check-in process of team members during stadium and Daily’s Place events
- Escalate staffing and compliance issues to the proper person and team
- Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to organize simple and complex tasks. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to establish priorities, identify and resolve recurring issues, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision
- Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Suite skills are required at the intermediate level or above.
- UKG experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience required
